RTS, active in the Dutch and Belgian bodywork and trailer building sector with body systems and components such as aluminium profile systems, panels, and accessories, was looking for a partner who could truly translate the brand experience into all communication. A previous collaboration with an external marketing agency had been slow and delivered limited fresh insight. As an internal marketing function was not feasible, RTS sought an external approach that combined expertise with genuine involvement.

Our approach

We began by analysing how RTS was perceived at that time by customers and employees. Where did the brand promise feel authentic? Where did communication still come across as distant or inconsistent? Based on these insights, we translated the RTS brand identity into every touchpoint and expression, ensuring the brand conveys the same feeling everywhere.

The implementation

We refreshed existing brand assets and promotional materials and developed new materials so that the visual style and tone of voice are recognisable and consistent throughout. The corporate website and brand websites were completely renewed, including technical optimisation and SEO. Website and social media management were also centralised, ensuring that all online communication aligns with the brand promise.

For campaigns focused on customer retention and lead generation, we delivered content, landing pages, and email campaigns. For catalogues, both print and digital, we managed product photography and design.

Through close collaboration with the RTS team, all materials and communication were developed with careful attention to the company culture. As a result, internal and external communication are fully aligned, helping employees communicate the brand story consistently.
