CSC Sport, the market leader in the Netherlands in the design, construction, and maintenance of artificial and natural grass sports pitches, wanted to elevate its brand experience to a higher level. The challenge was to present a strong and consistent brand across all touchpoints and communications, from trade fairs to online platforms.

CSC Sport’s objective was clear: to strengthen the brand identity and implement it visually and strategically across all existing communication and promotional materials. This included not only the development of a renewed visual identity but also targeted marketing advice and support in both strategy and execution.

Our approach

Together with CSC Sport, we first explored the essence of the brand and how it could be embedded throughout the organisation. We began with a thorough analysis of the brand experience and how customers perceived CSC Sport, both online and offline. Where did the brand promise and customer experience not fully align? And how could we create greater coherence and consistency?

Based on these insights, we developed a fully renewed visual identity, which was implemented across all existing brand assets, promotional materials, and digital channels, including the website and social media. We ensured that this renewed brand identity was not only visually strong but also strategically aligned with CSC Sport’s brand values.

The implementation

The renewed brand identity was applied to all promotional materials, from brochures to exhibition presentations, as well as to the visual presence on the website and social media channels.

In collaboration with CSC Sport, we launched targeted campaigns that not only increased website traffic but also encouraged registrations for events and seminars. These campaigns were supported by carefully developed landing pages and email campaigns, with the brand experience always at the centre.

To enhance the effectiveness of the online channels, we invested in a comprehensive SEO strategy and technical optimisation alongside the strategic campaigns. This ensured that the renewed website is user friendly and easy to find online.

It was essential that all CSC Sport employees understood the brand story and communicated it consistently. This was achieved through clear guidelines and close collaboration with the team, ensuring that everyone conveyed the same brand message, whether in conversation, by email, or on social media.

By strengthening the CSC Sport brand experience and consistently applying the renewed visual identity across all communications, we not only enhanced the brand’s visibility but also increased customer loyalty. Customers now recognise CSC Sport as a reliable and consistent partner, employees feel proud of their brand, and the marketing campaigns have led to increased online traffic, stronger customer engagement, and ultimately higher conversion.
